"Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes"
Parking is generally okay, but it does seem to fill up quickly on match days, so you might want to get there a little early if you can.
"Solid LAFC season membership with a few hiccups"
I’ve been an LAFC season member this year, it’s been a great experience overall. Pulling up tickets through Los Angeles FC or the app is simple, and getting into the stadium has been smooth almost every time.
The member reps have been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve gotten in touch with them, though sometimes it takes a little longer than I’d hope to hear back. The resale and transfer process also took me a minute to figure out at first, but it’s manageable once you get used to it.
All in all, I’m still really happy with the membership. The seats are great, the game day energy is awesome, and the member perks make it feel worth it. Definitely planning to keep it going next season.

"Getting there shouldn't be this confusing"
Los Angeles FC is fine if you're just looking for basic info, and I'm not saying the whole site is useless or anything, but the traffic and transportation details really didn't do much for me. Getting to the stadium was still confusing, parking was a mess, and the public transit info felt kind of vague. Maybe I missed something, but I ended up checking other sites just to figure out a decent route. It's not the worst experience ever, but when you're just trying to get there on time, it's frustrating...

"Went to the game the other night..."
Went to the game the other night getting into the stadium was the worst part of the whole day. The lines made no sense, people were cutting across from every direction, and staff kept telling us to go one way, then another. I had a coffee in one hand and my ticket open on my phone, just standing there watching the kickoff time get closer. The scanning machines seemed to be moving painfully slow too. We ended up missing part of the start, which was really frustrating. For a big club and a major event setup, you’d expect the entry process to be handled a lot better.
"My first impression of the LAFC app has..."
My first impression of the LAFC app has been bad. It keeps freezing or randomly logging me out, and of course it seems to happen right when I need it most. I’ve even had tickets not load at the gate, which is incredibly frustrating. It just doesn’t feel reliable at all.

"Of course the fees showed up at the end"
Buying tickets on Los Angeles FC was easy enough, so I can’t complain too much. There weren’t a ton of steps, which was nice, but the seating map took forever to load for me because apparently even buying tickets has to be a hassle. Then the fees didn’t show up until later, which felt typical and annoying. I did get my tickets in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as it could’ve been.

"I don’t know, maybe I’m overthinking it, but..."
I don’t know, maybe I’m overthinking it, but the fans around us made the whole thing feel hostile instead of fun. I was expecting a lively crowd, but it just felt tense and uncomfortable most of the time
"Guess replies are optional"
I reached out to support and, wow, they really took their time. Still waiting on an actual helpful response, so if you enjoy being ignored for a while, this might be the experience for you.

"I found the whole event communication pretty..."
I found the whole event communication frustrating. The information on the site wasn’t very clear, and when updates did come through, they felt like they were happening way too late to actually be useful. I kept going back and checking things myself because I wasn’t sure if I had missed something, but even after doing that, I still felt kind of lost about what was going on. For a club as big as LAFC, I really expected lafc.com to handle basic event details and updates a lot better than this.

"Save your time, the login is a headache"
Save your time if you’re expecting a smooth login. I had to reset my password twice, and even after that I still got kicked out. Super frustrating and way more annoying than it should be

"Selection kept getting more disappointing"
I went on there hoping to grab a hoodie and maybe a hat, but there really wasn’t much to pick from. Then once I finally found something I kind of liked, the sizes were already gone. It felt like the goalposts kept moving, first it was “just find a decent design,” then it became “okay, find one that actually has your size.” The site itself worked fine, but the merch selection was underwhelming if you’re looking for anything beyond the basic stuff.

"Shipping took a bit, but it worked out"
I got my jersey and it looks good overall. The shipping was slower than I expected, though. Not the biggest deal, but I feel like it definitely could’ve arrived a little sooner.

"Support could be a lot friendlier"
I was excited to use lafc.com, but the support experience was disappointing. The replies took longer than I expected, and when someone finally got back to me, the answers were really short and didn’t explain much. They weren’t exactly rude, but it definitely didn’t feel warm or like they were eager to help. I also felt like I was left guessing what I was supposed to do next, which made the whole thing more frustrating. The site itself is fine, but the customer service side kind of left a bad impression.

"Loyalty rewards don’t feel worth it"
I’ve stuck with them for a while, but the loyalty rewards feel pointless. I was expecting at least a few decent perks for staying around, but there’s barely anything there. It kind of makes you wonder why bother being loyal in the first place.

"We went thinking it would be a..."
We went thinking it would be a decent place to take the kids for a night out, but it was way too rowdy and didn’t feel very family friendly at all. On top of that, it felt like the terms or expectations had changed from what we were originally led to believe, which was frustrating. Not the kind of experience I’d choose again with kids

"Concessions were a letdown"
The concessions were disappointing. The food was cold, the beer tasted flat, and the lines moved painfully slow (like, miss-half-the-game slow). For what they charge at stadium prices, it really didn’t feel worth it.

"Seat selection shouldn’t be this much work"
I tried buying tickets on lafc.com and the whole seat selection process was confusing. It wasn’t clear which seats I had picked or even what section I was looking at, so I had to keep going back and double-checking everything. It felt like the site made it my problem to figure out something that should’ve been simple. Frustrating for just trying to buy tickets.

"Security line was just kinda okay"
Went to an LAFC game and the security screening was a little hit or miss tbh. The line was moving fine at first, then it randomly slowed way down near the gates and I couldnt really tell what was going on.
The staff were nice enough and it didnt ruin the night or anything, but it felt like it couldve been more organized. Took longer than I expected just to get inside, so overall it was a average experinece.

"Tickets are just too expensive now"
I was trying to take my kid to a match, but wow, the ticket prices were already kind of a lot. Then the extra fees got added and it was like, okay, never mind I guess. It just feels not really worth it anymore for normal fans who just want to go and enjoy a game.

"got what i needed, but the site could be smoother"
i was able to find the info i needed, but using the menus on my phone felt a little clunky. the tickets page also took a while to load for me, so that part was kind of frustrating.
